HTML OR TEXT EMAILS
Use your creative flair to produce attractive HTML email newsletters, and our system allows you to create an alternative plain text version that will automatically be displayed in text-only email clients. No need to maintain separate text-only and HTML lists.

AUTOMATIC BOUNCED EMAIL REMOVAL
No need to worry about bounced or invalid email addresses, as they are automatically removed each time you send out your newsletters. This helps to keep your lists clean.

FLEXIBLE SETUP
The subscriber signup procedure can be handled in three ways :-

1) By simply linking to a URL supplied by our Email List Manager which brings up a customisable subscribe form.
2) By copying and pasting provided HTML code into your existing pages to allow signup direct from your web site.
3) By uploading a list of email addresses in a bulk file.

MULTIPLE LISTS
Allows you to define the up to 5 separate lists - for example a special offers list, a Christmas email list, a latest news list etc, as well as an "all" list. Send targeted emails to specific interest groups.

AUTO UNSUBSCRIBE
Our system includes a URL in all your mailings that allows a user to unsubscribe automatically. This is absolutely essential "netiquette" and also saves you an enormous amount of time not having to manually remove your subscribers.

USE PERSONALISATION
Adding a personal touch to your emails can do wonders for the conversion rate! Our system allows you to use 2 definable fields within your emails, for example forename and surname. "Hey Bill" at the top of the email will grab Bill's attention far more than "Dear Customer"!

CAPTURE EXTRA DATA
As well as collecting email addresses and two personalisation fields, use the system to capture extra data from your subscribers, with a maximum of 25 extra fields.

EMAIL MESSAGE TEMPLATES
Save up to 5 email messages as templates which you can use and edit over and over again, or create a new message for instant delivery each time.

IMPORT EXISTING EMAIL CONTACTS
We allow you to upload a starter list of existing email addresses that you may have already collected. Please send an email to support@dms-ezone.net for the correct format. You also have an upload utility within your account to import a fresh list whenever you want.

Email Transmission Statistics - Report Information
This report shows email campaign transmission statisitcs.
Unsubscribe information will only be calculated if you are using the standard email unsubscribe link. If redirecting to your own page unsubscribers can not be counted.

Total Click Throughs - Report Information
This report summarises all click throughs at web site address level since
dispatch. It gives an overview of the level of interaction with each link
within the email and is often especially informative when used in conjuction with the First Click Through reports.

Click Throughs by Hour - Report Information
This report shows the time of day people receiving emails click on the
tracked links in those emails.

First Click Summary Against Time - Report Information
This report shows the first link on the email clicked by an individual and
when that click was made. All clicks other than the first by that individual, whether on the same day or subsequent days are ignored. IE this report shows which call to action lead an individual to first interact with the email and when that click through took place. It is often especially useful when compared with the Total Click Through reporting.

Pricing

There is a monthly fee of £24.95 (+ VAT for UK/EU companies) which gives you a quota of 1500 email contacts in your database.

Charges for larger email databases (over 1500 email contacts)
1500 email addresses is more than enough for most of our clients (email addresses appearing in more than one of your lists do not count as double!). However, for really heavy users we have to charge for the extra processing power and bandwidth required to run large scale email broadcasts.
